Eligibility for Return and Refund:
Customers can initiate a return or refund request on the same day the product is received.
The product must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
Must be unused and uncolored.
All components (T-shirt, coloring materials, and coloring book) must be returned unused and in original condition.
If any component has been used or damaged, we will not process a refund, and the customer will be required to keep the product.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
In case of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product.
The request will be processed only after verification by the merchant.
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made on the same day of receiving the order.
If the product received does not match the description on the website or falls short of expectations, customers must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The team will evaluate the complaint and take appropriate action.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s account within 9–15 days.
