1. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Ans: Yes, an additional Rs. 50 will be charged for the same.
2. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Ans: The delivery will take a maximum of 5 to 7 working days.
3. Is shipping really FREE?
Ans: Yes, shipping is free.
4. Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
Ans: Yes, absolutely. However, if the item has been used, such as being colored, no refund will be provided. To check the size properly, please refer to the size chart. If you wish to check the size physically, we recommend wearing it without coloring first.
5. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
Ans: You will receive the tracking number and details via email as soon as you place the order.

Ans: Wash with mild detergent and cold water after each use, and it will be as good as new.
12. Are Cocoon Cotton products available internationally?
Ans: Not yet, but we are planning to scale up and offer international delivery soon.
13. Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

14. What sizes are available for Cocoon Cotton products?
